There's no one too big or too small for love
Just today I thought I'd sit down and watch one of my favorite films we all have them those movies we could watch a million times over and never tire of! Well one of those films for me is of Thumbelina whose only wish is to find someone who will love her even as tiny as she is and her mother reminds her to love and value who you are.
Thumbelina and Cornelius's is a love for the ages finally Thumbelina had found someone who loves her for who she is.
Things don't go as smoothly as she dreamed suitor after suitor steals her from the prince and tries to get her to marry them without once asking for her consent or opinion. Her confidence even falters when one of her suitors deems her ugly but her wise friend Jaquimo reminds me that the only one whose opinion matters is the person she loves and he thinks she is beautiful.
Not only does love triumph in the end but Thunbelina finds her place in the world where even someone as tiny as her can make a difference. Her wedding dress is so lovely her are some photos of it and ofcourse they lived happily ever after. I recommend watching it, the film is very sweet and touching and it had a lot of beautifully composed songs.
