featured a close-up of the Funny Face VHS
I lucked out on in the thrift store
When ever I meant thrifting to anyone they immediately start busting out the chorus of Thirft Shop and it makes me laugh but thrift stores really are just as wonderful and addictive as the song says. If I had a job I'd go thrifting every weekend because you can get so much bang for your buck but alas the life of the unemployed it a tough one not to mention a broke university student so for now I will have to settle with the once in a blue moon thrifting.
This past weekend's thirsting adventure turned out to be rather fruitful! I got a cute headscarf, a ascot with an A on it and most importantly of all a straw hat!
I have been looking for the perfect straw hat all my life and this is pretty ding dang close I was over the moon when I spotted it and it was only a dollar!
I also found a new pencil pouch, a whisk which I was sorely in need of, mittens because my hands are always freezing and a VHS of Funny Face Audrey Hepburn is my idol.
Please appreciate this pencil pouch close up, I have never had a nice pencil pouch so I am going to treasure this!
I also got some new bags have I mentioned how much I love totes?!
Look at this print it is like something out of an old fashioned Hallmark card it is absolutely divine.
I had to do a close-up for this bag this is actually all painted onto this canvas bag with oil pastels doesn't that just knock your socks off?
I also got a hoodie because I have never owned a hoody and I do support the U.S Postal Service because I love sending letters! I also got a simple white button down because button downs are heavenly.
Last bu not least i got this adorable blouse and a princess dress which i am wearing for Halloween I have decided to be a Princess and I was pickled pink to find this dress it's very Rapunzelesque. And the grand total of all my purchases you ask not a penny over $5!
Thank-you for reading.
