Guilty Pleasures

Now the title of this post might surprise you, you might even be thinking Anna what juicy, scandalous things could you possibly be comfortable sharing with other's? Please don't get your heart into hysterics I'm more of a domesticated curl up at the foot of a couch cat than a social jaguar, if you know what I mean. Today's post will be about the oh so addicting shows, online or on the tube that sometimes I know I shouldn't be watching but I continue to watch anyways because oh well they are just so bad, they are good!

Since I started University I've had a lot more time to watch  new shows, or rather I've had a perfectly acceptable excuse not to type up that paper that is due in less than 6 hours because I just must see how this episode ends. My first year I was an academic angel I turned everything in early, I did my homework dare I even say it, the day it was assigned, and I was always very, very tired. This year I decided to take it upon myself to try a new approach, leave nothing for last minute, give myself two days before every due date for homework and a week to study for an exam, and that it was totally and perfectly ok to have some time where I wouldn't be tortured by the guilt of not finishing that assignment, that there could be certain chunks in a day after any immediate and pressing work had been done, that I could cut out for myself. So far it's been working really well, or rather too well I am getting my work done at such a good pace I've had a lot of leisure time, to end September I'll be recommending the shows I watched that got me through the first month and a half of the fall semester.

Asian Dramas

I know, I know what you are saying, they are so cheesy, so unrealistic you can't possibly enjoy these, right? Wrong! It's because they are so unrealistic they are appealing, every girl likes to fantasize about a world where all the men are flower boys, best friends will stand by you no matter what and even a ugly duckling can become a swan. So sure they might be silly but here are the one's I watched.

Oh my ghostess! (completed)
Sensory Couple (completed)
Baby Faced Beauty (completed)
Angel Eyes (halfway)
Shining Inheritance (completed)
Fated to Love You Taiwanese original (completed)

Netflix Jackpot

We all know having a Netflix subscription can be the worst or best thing that's ever happened to you and I'm no exception. Netflix is my best friend (after my sister of course) so here are some wonderful films and shows I've been watching/watched that you can find on Netflix.

Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries (still watching)
How to get away with Murder (2 episodes to go of the 1st season!)
Cupcake Wars Collection (halfway through)
Royal Pains (halfway through)
Once Upon a Time (all caught up ongoing)
Chuck (halfway)
Call the Midwife (completed)
Cut Throat Kitchen (randomly picking episodes)
Chocolat (completed)
After the ball (completed)
Anastasia (completed)
Princess Arete (completed)

Telly Must-sees

I don't watch the tube all that often, probably because my television at home was in the family room, in direct vision of everyone who traipsed downstairs and as it was next to the kitchen, that happened to be everyone and often. I couldn't get away with sitting on the couch for more than an hour without someone reminding me that I was not in fact in the running for becoming a professional world record holding couch potato. Now that I am in Uni I am slowly but surely getting back into watching the telly guilt free.

The Astronaut Wives Club
Stitcher's
Once Upon A Time

T.v shows I can't wait to watch/just premiered
Scream Queens
Supergirl
Muppets
Quantico

So here are my recommendations for your viewing pleasure I didn't include any tidbits about them because I think it's funner to watch a show without spoilers, if you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them.
