The Skinny on Fashion

Greetings from the library! sadly my internet is still on the fritz here's hoping it get's fixed soon but in the meantime here I am blogging from campus. Today I'd like to share with you all a really cute game that appeals to the fashionista in all of us or you know that little kid who always just had to give their friends and siblings well meaning but sometimes not very welcome tips on fashion. The name of the game is Style Savvy Trendsetter's and if you like to play dress up, or dress up other's this might be just up your alley.

These are a few picture's of my character who happens to look like me,you know if I was petite model height with perfect features, flawless skin,and the ability to grow or cut my hair at will. The gist of this video game is to work your way up as a stylist to your boss's customers, make a name for yourself competing in styling contests and make connections be dressing the influential and, to hopefully one day be able to open up your own shop that other's will flock to.

 Here's the first trailer I ever saw that immediately got me interested in the game!

Customer's that come in have their own names,personalities, rates, interests and requests and they vary. Just because a girl comes in dressed preppy doesn't mean she won't want to walk out looking like a princess.

For the fashionable boys (we need more of you!) yes you can dress and style men and make them become fashionable dream boats instead of fashion disasters.

Here are some more photos of satisfied customers all who requested their own kind of new outfit for their own events. Sometimes they can be very specific or broad as long as you stay in their budget you can dress  them to impress.

Customers can also come by and after being styled by you ask to go out on the town with you and sometimes they take you to really magical places.

The best past is that you can buy clothes, and get your hair and make up done every day which means you can become a new you without the commitment and be a fashion icon to the masses. The graphics are really cute and the street pass and wifi functions are great you can style people you street pass and even buy rare or unseen items from other's shops. it's not a new game so it's been out for a while and won't break the bank. If you are looking for a casual video game that combines fashion and dress up you might want to pick it up. It's also really sweet and cute (and addicting!!)
