Holiday Matsuri & Cosplay Adventures~

Every year I pick an anime convention close by to go to, the first anime convention I actually ever went to was Holiday Matsuri! I was really happy to be able to go again. This year my twin sister & I went on a Sunday and it was a lot slower than usual but it was still a lot of fun!

I was really nervous to cosplay since last time I went to a convention there was so many cute cosplayers there but I decided to muster up my courage & woke up early to get ready!

I cosplayed as Taiga Aisaka from Toradora! She is one of my favorite character's I really admire her and we are both very close in height. I especially love her strong and honest personality, I am always trying to be as straightforward as she is. 

 

I brought my trusty camera and was able to take a lot of pictures of some super talented cosplayers while at the convention!

This girl was really sweet after I took her picture she complimented me on my cosplay she was dressed as Sakura  from Cardcaptor Sakura!

This girl was dressed as Louise from Zero no Tsukaima, she was really pretty!

I met Princess Ariel & Eric they were such a regal couple and The Little Mermaid is one of my favorite movies so I was so touched and happy 

I met Flo from Progressive she looked like a younger version of her!

I didn't know who this was and then I read his name & had to take a picture he was  Flo's boyfriend and Bob the builder!

I love Tinkerbell so much Peter Pan has a very special place in my heart as does the Pixie Hollow films so I was really glad to take a picture of her

This girl was dressed as Batwoman her costume was so cool!

I also got a picture of the Ice Queen {the female Ice King) her cosplay was spot on.

These really beautiful girls were Prince Bubblegum, Marshall Lee and Finn Christmas version, they were all so charming! (They are the gender bent version of the three main character's from Adventure Time)

Frozen was the most phenomenal movie if you haven't see it you must,I was so happy to see such a beautiful Princess Elsa cosplay

This girl was so tall she cosplayed as Maka from Soul Eater & portrayed her really well.

The NightMare Before Christmas is one of my favorite films of all time and this girl was dressed as a female Jack Skellington and it was an amazing cosplay!

I couldn't not take a picture of Santa Sonic!

My favorite part of the whole day was getting to meet Lulu, a blogger, and tumblr user I greatly admired and had developed a friendship with. I was super nervous and excited to meet her and she turned out to be even more beautiful and sweet in person.

 

Lulu even took a photo with me in her Madoka Magica cosplay (I think she was a humanoid Kyubey) which totally made my day, she even walked around the convention with me and introduced me to her friends!

I met Lulu's friend Luka and she was so tall and glamorous I was so happy she agreed to take a photo with me! Every time she saw me walking around she would smile and wave at me I was so touched.

I ended the day by taking a picture with the pikachubug with my twin sister. The woman with the largest Pokemon collection was there I didn't get to meet her but her car was adorable.

I had the most amazing time, I hope to go to more anime conventions this summer!
