I have a long list of fashion icons some "cliche" beauty queens and some that never got quite the credit they deserved but I decided my first style crush would be on a up and coming starlet and sister to one of my favorite actresses when I was a child. No lie I have watched every film Dakota Fanning has ever starred in. Elle was a different story the first movie (besides I Am Sam brief appearance) I ever attributed to Elle Fanning was one she didn't physically appear but an animated film by my favorite Japanese animator and animation studio My Neighbor Totoro where she played the younger sister to her older sister go figure!
I fell in love with her acting in Phoebe in Wonderland and rented the movie out every time I went to Blockbuster until it shut down. Since then I have watched all her films besides her acting prowess her fashion is right up my alley. Feminine and sweet with a nod to the 90's from time to time and no fear of trousers and casual button ups. Her hair is always lovely and her pastel ensembles are envy worthy.
